Fantastic model
I ordered this model because my wife had bought a complete photo etch kit for a cheap, partially made model which was never going to be able to use a lot of the kit. I looked around for quite a while before ordering and I am very pleased with my choice of supplier. Everything looks complete and it gives me the best chance to produce an outstanding model with all the advantages of a great well made kit with the incredible detail that photo etch provides. I have made kits for many years but after a break of almost 30 years I produced a 1/700 model, with photo etch for the first time, HMS Rodney for my wife's father. It was amazing compared with what was a standard kit that so much detail could be added. The 1/350 Bismarck looks remarkable. The Bismarck model.
This model of the Bismarck comes from the Tamiya model manufacturers and as such the attention to detail is spot on. One of the largest models I have made to date but since I purchased the WWII Battleship Tirpitz and the WWII Battleship Yamato at the same time and they are the same scale this will not last long as the largest model I have made. The flow of making up the model is easily completed even with the time spent allowing the model parts to dry from painting.
