Great pictures is it
It's suppose to be a photo biography and that is it. It has great back stage photos and a list of all his shows, but very little background or history. Maybe a 20 word description at most. There are few off stage photos and no written information. Keith Richards bio is much more interesting and informational. Jimmy kept his secrets hidden. This is not a book to find the 'dirty details' of groupies, sex, drugs or rock-n-roll. It chronicles Jimmy's look and who he played with and when. There is no inside information on guitar playing chords, amp set-ups, guitar preferences, interaction with Plant, Jones or Bonham etc. It's a coffee table size photo history of his looks and where he performed. He's still my favorite guitarist of all time even though this book gives little insight into his thoughts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
