My dentist will be sooo happy!
My dentist has been after me for years about wearing a nightguard. He made me a really expensive custom one, and I've tried a couple over the counter styles. None of them were tolerable; I either couldn't get to sleep or woke up to find them on the floor. All the positive reviews about the prodental guard are true. I have a small mouth and this is the only guard thin enough that it doesn't bother me. These really are thinner! easy to fit.
After using this type of bite guards (the thicker type) I did get use to them-but the thickness was always a thing to deal with. These really are thinner and easier to wear. They are easy to mold by putting on a wooden spoon-dip into boiling water, then lifting out of the hot water when you see them softening. If they are not quite right-dunk them again and re-shape. not hard at all. Don't hesitate on these. They are more comfortable-easy to mold-and they do hold up. Horrible design
You'd better be able to read rocket blueprints because you'll need that ability to follow the directions. Even though I followed the directions correctly I ruined 2 of them and the third is sitting in the top dresser drawer. I was afraid that I choke during sleep if they came loose. Impossible to form properly before it cools down
