Superb
Ferments out low in comparison to other larger yeasts. Clears well with a month of cold conditioning. Like most contemporary brewers I only use a primary fermenter for a month, don't use clearing agents. All good with proper conditioning of a month at 2c then a month at cold room then serve from fridge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
