Always a winner
Can't go wrong. At low temps works quickly and doesn't produce any noticeable flavour compounds is you gently ramp the temp up after 3 or 4 days. Can finish quicker that way. Time and cold will allow it to clear nicely. One pack is plenty in a 23L (5gl) batch. If you don't believe me try it.
