I would highly recommend this repair service to anyone. So glad I found Sancars on eBay especially as Ford had quoted me £900 to fit a new cluster! (they don’t repair them!) Excellent service with great level of professionalism at a very good price.
Excellent service and value for money. My instrument cluster was a mess because someone done a bodge job on it before I got the car. We know ford has a lot of issues with these equipment and the previous owner bypass some of the flags on the instrument. Because of this the car never ran very smoothly. Two separate garages tried and could sort problem. The last one told me the instrument cluster is the suspected fault and It will need changing. I tried this service form "Sancars" and It was by far the best service I have ever had on any repairs on all my vehicles so far. I contacted them and the gentleman explained exactly what they do as advertised. Turn around was also a big big plus. The instrument was back safely with me in less than two days. The car is not on the road yet but I fitted the cluster and all gages are now reading correctly and all displays are reading as expected in particular the speedo is zero when car is not moving, before when I drive off and stop the speedo will read random values. It was way way off before the repairs. My mileage is now on displayed with all other extra features that was not functioning. Plus the mileage history has been restored. The bottom line, I am very very pleased with this repair service and will recommend them to anyone with any instrument issues. Excellent work with professionalism.
