Multi-featured Vacuum with an Inexpensive Price
The Dirt Devil Vibe 3-in-1 Vacuum (SD20020) comes in pieces but is very easy to put together. It works wonderfully for being so inexpensive @ $30. It has good suction, a long 18' cord and an on/off brush roll which I use on tile floors and carpet (I'm not sure you can find another vacuum that has a roller bar brush, that can be turned on and off for this price!). Also, it is lightweight, stands on its own, maneuvers easily on broadloom carpet and hard floors and the filter/dust bin is easy to clean. It is very difficult to detach the hand-held from the floor nozzle (though snapping the two pieces back together is easy). I usually use a tool, such as, the end of a plier handle to depress the plastic release for the separation to occur. Unfortunately, the crevice tool would be better if it were longer and narrower. Or at least have two crevices, the wider, shorter crevice that currently comes with the vacuum and a longer, narrower one. Finally, the Lower Cord Wrap Knob is located directly above where the power cord is attached to the hand vac. This obstructs the wrapping motion when storing the cord around the upper to the lower knob. This makes storing the cord difficult which is annoying.

A Little Disappointed
I wanted an electric broom with a long cord. This delivered. But I found it difficult to separate the "dust buster" part from the base, and also the wheels tend to resist spinning while on a carpet. It is very easy to empty the cup however. I use it daily on my hardwood kitchen floor and it's perfect for that....just not on a carpet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Dirt Devil Vibe 3 in 1
I bought this product because I have to dogs that shed a lot. I also have a medical concern and using use your standard broom and dustpan creates issues for me. This thing is very easy to maneuver and gets in the tight spaces and doesn't excellent job picking up dog hair. It works awesome on my laminate floors and it works good on carpets also. Awesome Machine
Hey guys I put it to the test and I am here to say that this a no-brainer 5 if It had a ten it would be that too. It was literally a snap to put together. I used the handle to lift the handheld vac up and it performed awesome with cob webs. Then we put on base and it vacuumed the bare floor smoothly. Then we did the shag carpet oh my it sucked it right up goodness it was awesome and then I dropped my candy which was just a little smaller than whoppers and oh yeah sucked it up too. My husband said,"Oh yea its a keeper." Then he emptied it by moving the filter over and just dumping it out. Super easy but awesome suction. Three in one great little vacuum
Great for small jobs. Easily converts for multiple ways of using it. Even though it won't take the place of a large floor vacuum cleaner it does pickup well. The roller brush works well on carpets and hard floors. Like using this vacuum.

The handle was not perfect; I had to wrap it in electrical tape to keep it from breaking at the seams, but thats not a big deal for an otherwise perfect, brand new vacuum!
