Good Compressor for price.
Helps if you have two people to get it out of the box and to put the wheels on. Let it sit for couple of minutes to let the oil back into the sump after putting wheels on. Screwed on the air filter and inserted the filler cap. Ran it for 10 minutes with the tank drain plug out so as everything got lubricated with no load. Connected the hose and tried out the various tools adjusting the pressures. Everything worked great. Tank filled quickly and wasn't too noisy. Switch off and loosed the drain plug to release the pressure. Water came out so make sure you do this after each use. Will use as DIY so is perfect for my needs.Pros are that the compressor does the job of dearer ones, lightweight and maneuverable, little maintenance, tools that come with it are good for DIY needs . Have not had long enough to find any problems so far. The hose was a little short for my needs but the price of a lot longer hose was only £12 so no worries there. Good air compressor with nice fittings.
It is a good unit - however, the setup instructions were unclear and not labeled well. The hole to pour the oil in was difficult to get to and would have been nice if it included a funnel as it meant that i had to take off the handle of the unit to be able to pour the oil in. 100% tool & cheap.
I brought it to spray my van, I went to hire one the same size but they wanted £78 for the day, so cheaper to buy new. It sprayed my van without any trouble plus i used it to sand down as well but I had to wait for the pressure to build up. compressor review
a bit more damaged than i thought it would be all air pipes and gauges and switch had to be replaced witch made it more expensive than i thought it would be. works well now the air pipes were glued on the gauges were broken and bent and on/ off switch did not work the fan would not spin fins bent and jammed against cover. i new it it was not perfect when i bought it but did not realise it was this bad. cheers KeithVerified purchase: Yes
