Only thing I would say is it would be useful to have a second inner pot and seal for sweet items, as once there has been onions cooked in the pot there is a slight odour from them. I make pies once a month a normally cook up about 1kg of braising steak on the hob with a saucepan this talked through over 2.5 hours constantly checking and stirring. With this Amazing pressure cooker chuck it all in set for 40 minutes and the Meat is cooked to perfection. It was slightly watery so I took the lid off and simmered for 10 minutes to thicken the sauce. THIS IS AMAZING I will Now be eating pie at least once a week!!!
