Transmission ratios extend the final ratio of the scooter. If the engine has enough force to pull the longer ratio, the final speed is also increased. Use only in combination with tuning cylinders! Original cylinders do not usually have enough power. ATTENTION !!! Piaggio changed gear between 98/99. The toothed wheel on the wheel axle was placed on a toothing with the older models and secured with a Segering. For the models from Bj.99 this gear is pressed onto the wheel axle.
