Delicious meals, quantity of food is reduced as you would expect. Preparation takes time but enjoyable. I have purchased further diet books by the ‘bikers’ as we intend these meals to be our way of future eating. p.s. the cakes and deserts are excellent too.

I was very disappointed when I received this book. I currently have books one and two which I love, the recipes are great. I was so looking forward to trying the recipes in book three, so you can understand my disappointment when I received the book, as the recipes are exactly the same as book two! The only difference is that the book is paperback, where book two is hardback and the cover pictures are different 😖 I would definitely give books one and two five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
