If you want easy and quick slow cooker recipes, this is not the book for you.
I bought this book for my son and his girlfriend. The book contains lots of nice looking meals and for me the object of using a slow cooker is that you can create quick, easy meals with minimal preparation. A lot of the recipes involve preparing parts before hand, for example: making mashed potato first to add to the meal and they also involve a lot of ingredients too. If you are after a simple book to create quick one pot slow cooker meals before you dash out for the day or off to work this would not be for you.
