I love the joke !!!
This book is great especially for inexperienced cooks. ...it takes you by the hand and leads you step by step through the whole process from your first decision to make a pie to the final revelation when your creation in all its magnificence reaches the table..... I bought this book as a joke - but the joke is on me ! It turned out to be much better than anticipated and even an experienced cook can still add a little something to their expertise
