Convenience for carrying, covers route variants
At first i was put off by the need to buy two but its worth noting the "south" map includes the two very different approaches to morvich, there are lots of miles of trail covered! Bought during lockdown in hope that I can do this trail, i intend to have full os map access via gps but like having physical maps not just for backup, but like anaysing next day's route in tent at lesuire without burning through batteries! And the convenience of these maps for carrying and more importantly their waterproof (which other reviewers that have actually used them credit them for) will be hard to beat
