    Just starting out on the 5:2 diet and I wanted a reliable recipie book to help me on the fast days. I own many of the Australian Women's Weekly books and love them, this is no different! It's organised by meal type (breakfast, lunch etc) which I like in a diet book. It makes it easy to gain inspiration whilst menu planning. The recipies are for food I would normally eat during my week but obviously being a diet book the portions are smaller. Though I'm not finding myself hungry and it even has a pud section if I'm needing a treat on fast days!
