All round pedals for all around biking
I needed an MTB pedal that allowed me to clip-in when getting serious but also allowed me to commute to Town wearing casual shoes, and these pedals fit the bill perfectly. There are a lot of similar "dual purpose" pedals on the market but only these that have built in reflectors that are both practical and pretty sexy at the same time. Most manufacturers overlook the Highway Codes requirement for pedal reflectors in the UK, big deal eh? But when it comes to accountability in court following an accident then a small detail like reflectors can make the difference between recieving ££££ in compensation or you being at fault. Great set of pedals for dual use - clip less or ‘flat’
I like the option of either flat pedals for casual cycling or clip less for longer rides (though i still need to try the ‘clip’ side). The pedals look beautifully made and they finish off my bike build nicely.
