Quality product at an affordable price.
Quality product at an affordable price. This supplement (together with riboflavin) is recommended to help with migraine prevention. I've only taken it for a short time, but it seems to be working. I take it at the recommended dosage of 2 per day, that's 75mg twice daily, total 150mg. Butterbur us more difficult to obtain now, so I'm glad I can buy it on eBay.

when ever I took it it gave me headache then I had to take paracetamol. So I discontinued. Its not the problem of product I think. Some people might not be able to take butterbur without side effects. Hence I gave three star. Normally swanson products are good quality. So recomendation depends on this base.

A good supplement for hayfever
We have found this supplement helps the effects of hayfever and quite happy with it. We do try others (which we are doing now) but generally come back to Butterbur.
