Works to a certain extent but would have hoped for a better result after a number of applications.
This product will eventually lighten darker wood but you need to make several attempts still trying to achieve the result I want.

Limited effectiveness.
It does lighten wood but not very much, you'll need several applications to make an impression.. The amount needed through multiple applications to get anywhere near an effective outcome makes the economics questionable. Perhaps OK on softer woods like pine but of limited use on older harder wood.

It bleached the wood a bit.
I think you really need to strip off all the varnish for it to work properly, but that would probably be enough to take off the black mould anyway.
