Not my usual yeast but just as good for my home baked bread
My regular make was unobtainable and I needed to replenish my stock quickly as I make my bread twice a week. This one was on line although bigger quantity than my usual size. I tried it in my next bread bake and I can say that I was very pleased with the result: the dough did rise beautifully and the baked loaf was delicious.
