Good value and did the job.
It did the job and easily and securely lifted my Yamaha Diversion on the frame using the adjustable brackets provided. I backed it up with axle stands while working and overnight. It will certainly be used again. Like another reviewer I found that using a ratchet socket worked a lot better than the rather spindly crank handle provided with the lift. My only disappointment was that on one of the black brackets that fit on the top, the fixing bolt wouldn't tighten due to the nut welded on to receive it not lining up correctly with the hold drilled in the bracket. I'll fix this when I have some time. Looks like it could just be cleared with a tap set of the correct diameter as the misalignment is probably less than 1mm. Compared to similar items I have seen for twice the price in well know tool shops I think this is very good value.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very good after I sorted it out
I may have been unlucky and got a bad one. When I first tried it out it was very hard to turn the lifting screw. I should have returned it due to this but I really needed to use it, so I stripped it down and found that the rear left hand side swivel joint was a VERY TIGHT FIT. After filing this down and coating with grease the jack worked perfectly, I could operate it by hand without any weight on it. I tried it out on my motorcycle and it worked very well. But for this problem I would have given it 5 stars for very good value and it does the job well. So I can recommend it and it is very good value compared with other well known makes and it is good enough quality. If you buy one and you cannot operate it by hand with no weight on it either send it back or fix it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
