I kind of like the product, better than what I was originally using. It cooks well. But be aware that you will still need to scrub the cookie sheet after usage with a plastic scrubber to clean. It leaves baking spots after use as well. It is not a "wipe and it's clean" product. It does not just wipe off clean.
