This is lightweight,easy to use, very effective in a busy animal friendly home.It is quick to change the dust bags which I prefer. Great lights to see what you are vacuuming and easily goes under furniture. Cleans carpets really well
Purchased to replace my Miele Cat and Dog vacuum cleaner as I was disappointed with how well it cleaned the pet hair out of my carpet. This does a much better job and the carpets appeared noticeably cleaner straight away. It is a bit cumbersome to carry up and down the stairs and could do with a handle closer to the top to help you lift it. It can be a bit a of a faff to use some of the attachments and the attachment to clean the stairs does not reach all the way to the top of my stairs which I would of said were of average height.
