The volume Buttons are separated from each other which mean one cannot affect the other when damaged or hit by a strong object. This phone hasn't aged well.
The European version of this phone only ever received 1 update from Android 5 to Android 6 whereas the USA version got Android 7. With this device being stuck on Android 6, there are increasing amounts of apps which are unavailable for download as developers are starting to cut support for Android 6 and soon this phone might only be useful for calls/texts and nothing else. The choice for custom ROMs is VERY limited. The most popular custom ROM developers don't support the M9. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this phone in 2022Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

great android phone
bought one for myself aftergetting one 4 my wife,i really love the colour satiation,how easily it changes from one touch,lovely sized phone,takes great pictures with its 20mp camera,everything u would need in an android,trouble is they can be difficult to get hold of new,the price has shot up,because people have realised just how good a mobile it is,i actually bought a second had one,tho im never in favour of buying second hand mobiles,it was the right decision for me.its deffo my go 2 mobile phone,as i think it has everything,i think they started making them in the 2014 year,so as i said they are discontinued im sure,but i just love mine.battery life could be better,but he-ho we cant have everything we want in life.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great But BATT sucks
performed a lot better than expected but battery life is pretty poor, just about gets you through the day with average use, advise using super battery saver mode when not in use, this makes a huge difference. apart from the battery issue the phone itself is a diamond performs incredibly well. my only other niggle is the pre-installed apps some of which a pretty crap, but better alternative are available for free..... in short well worth just under £90 if you can put up with regular chargingVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Even though it was first introduced in April 2015, this high powered, high specification, high quality smartphone is still an absolutely stunning piece of technology. Fast, achingly stylish and easy to use it still compares extremely favourably with other manufacturers recent flagship products.
