Really useful little jug for separating ...
Really useful little jug for separating the meat juices from the fat in order to make gravy. I bought this at Christmas for our roasts. It’s a perfect size for us but there is only two of us. If you were making gravy for a larger number you would need a much bigger jug but this was great for us.

Works quite well, but the thickness of the strainer on the top of the jug makes it very slow to allow the liquids to pass through so patience is required or chuck the filter to one side.
