Don't buy if you have long arms!!
First point - You have to fit it MUCH LOWER than you think because of pulley system. fitting it higher actually reduces the cable travel in use. mines only 10" off floor
So Its the only dedicated one out there for its purpose and does the job. However i would change a few things:
The upright section is not long enough, Its either too high for back rows, or too low for lat exercises, coincidentally the short length also causes another issue; having got the item at a height which my repetition is almost full movement during a lat pull down it still starts a little too late and finishes a little too soon - and i'm only 5'9". As a result whilst im doing tricep extensions i have to use 2 karabiners, and if im doing them overhead with a double rope attachment i have to squat slightly
The unit is of a reasonable quality, one of the coach bolts did sheer off on my but i replaced the lot with proper Fischer ones for piece of mind. I am able to do my full workout and its pretty solid. The movement i have only misses a very very small section of my repetition.
If i were to change the unit i'd make it 24" longer, and put the top pulley on a pivot - this would allow me to use to two of the machines across the garage for cable-crossovers, it would be low enough for seated rows, and still tall enough for my lat extensions.
In reality its a power rack bolt on i think, its been shrunk down but the same design. If i were to purchase again i'd buy a power rack bolt on one and just retrofit it to my wall.,
