Leagoo--No warranty support.
This phone had so much promise, great spec for the price point, however, the battery stopped charging after 10 months although it still displayed charging on the screen. I replaced the battery but still the same until the battery died. Its frustrating as heck as the phone works with a charged battery but then obviously runs out of juice with no way to recharge.
I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with Leagoo with no success, so any warranty is worthless, much like the phone which is less than a year old. This is the second Leagoo phone that has done this, the first being an M5, which I just replaced as it was over the year old mark. It's a shame their customer service is non existent as my son really liked the phone but hey ho. I certainly won't be buying a third one and would not recommend you buy any Leagoo phones due to their lack of support in the UK.
