High Quality Product
This hefty die holder is made of high quality steel throughout, is well-finished and should last. The product came with protective grease in a plastic sleeve inside a cardboard box but without any indication of where is was manufactured. I have a few other Faithfull tools of similar durable quality. What matters is that the 3/4' die for which it is intended fits and is held securely on axis.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

reasonably good product
I only had one bolt to extend the thread on and needed a die stock to fit the die. This worked, although the die did wobble a little in it. It was hard to get a really tight fit. It did manage to do the job though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good but needs new set screws
Have to say that it looks better than it does in the pictures. Well made and solid. Worth noting that the handles do not unscrew - not a problem, just sometimes useful in tight spaces. Does mean it's solid though. The only thing that lets this product down is the awful quality of the set screws...which isn't uncommon. The threads are somewhat mashed, the slot head is badly formed and it needs the rust and swarf cleaning out. Will probably need to replace them once I can work out what the thread is - it's either M6x1.25 or imperial of some kind.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A basically good tool.
This is a basically well made tool ,there Is however one small thing that lets it down badly - the grub /adjusting screws are of very poor quality so if you buy one of these and replace the screws you have a tool to last many years. Good Quality tool. This die stock is sturdy, well made and with proper use, will still be giving good service in 50 to 75 years time. I have several of these tools in differing sizes. from the same manufacturer With proper hand use, these have also have given hundreds of hours of good service in my workshop.
