Life changing
Amazing, life changing discovery! Having been lactose intolerant for over 15 years, and missing out on so much, I tried these tablets with suspicion and doubts. I couldn't really feel a little pill would mean I could eat products containing dairy, without causing agonising pain. Anyway, it was worth the scarey leap! I can! I do find personally that I can only eat limited dairy still, I certainly wouldn't eat dairy more than a couple of times a week. But what a wonderful treat to enjoy it sometimes, and specially, it has made going out to eat so much more pleasure and enjoyment. I no longer have to eat seperate food, I can now choose freely from a menu and on Christmas day even saved my lactase tablet and ate cheese!!!! Wow! Real cheese! I also had a real dairy icecream on recent holiday. These are both things I would have never, ever guessed I'd taste again. Finally available in the UK - great D’Or those that struggle to digest dairy products
Been purchasing these types of pills in the US for the past 15+ years on business trips/holidays.
