These little tablets are an absolute lifesaver. I tried some from a health food shop and they were so good I had to buy a bigger supply. It takes a month to get into your system but I can honestly say I haven’t had a hot flush or night sweat since I started taking them. These really work for me. Age 54, I was suffering with fairly awful day and night time hot flushes. Still get a few, but now not nearly as overwelming. The product is all natural, so at least worth a try if you are suffering. I have been taking for 3 months now. These sage supplements are very helpful. Within a couple of weeks they are working. Reducing hot flashes and night sweats. Stopped taking them ( ran out for a bit) & found it all came back . So definitely effective. They also make another product for the others symptoms which is great too . Low Moods etc . But everyone is different and reacts differently. So try them. St johns ( swanson ) is hugely helpful for me too . My trio of sanity. Worth the money even though together it is a-lot . I can’t take the hrt so work more and pay for these natural solutions it is. Tried these along side red clover supplement and flushes have dropped quite a lot, these tablets are quite expensive though so I have ordered sage tablets from Natures Best to give them a go as I've got two 90 tablet bottles for pence more than these cost and should get some cash back as I've used topcashback for my purchase making them even cheaper. Well worth a go if you are suffering with flushes.
