The finished Cake Board is 0.5" (13mm) thick, with a 7" (177mm) round top. It has a bonded fibre board inner which is covered on the top and sides with a fern textured, silver coloured foil and with white paper on the base.

Rare size to find
I'm not an expert cook but the cake board seemed of good quality to me....it's rare to be able to find one that is 11" diameter which I needed to fit into my cake caddy so I was well pleased with it.
