Good but slow
I bought this to replace another dispenser and I like this one much better. It’s got a big tank, you can choose what temp you want the water to come out and you can also set it to dispense the required cup full or have it on continuous. It’s smart and it lights up when in use which is a bonus as I’m sight impaired! Only minus is it dispenses really slow but I can live with that. Inconsistent volume delivered
This is a great machine and really good value for money. I’ve noticed that the 300 ml setting ( perfect mug size) dispenses varying amounts of water, but not wildly so therefore doesn’t bother me. The 4 litre tank is truly massive and I don’t have to fill it very often, unlike my previous one which was only 2.2 litres. Like some reviews said, it does emit some steam during water delivery, but I don’t see it as s problem. Makes a perfectly hot cup of tea when set to 100 degrees C. Slow flowing but still optimistic of cost saving.
Good simple looking machine. Tried it for the 1st time tonight and found it quite slow flowing with lots of excess steam blowing out which if you had next to top kitchen cupboards would damage over time. But not reverting back to kettle yet.

Perfect
What a wonderful water dispenser. It’s wonderful not having to fill up all the time with a large 4LTR tank. It also comes with 2 water filters and 2 size drip trays for different size cups. It has a option for different water and heat settings. It’s perfect for our busy house and making drinks on the go in a matter of minutes knowing that we are doing our bit for the environment not wasting money boiling a kettle when this machine gives you what you want without and extra. I love this and can’t do without it.
