A calculator, reminder and data bank all in one.
It has real buttons and not a flat panel touch pad. This makes it easier to select the correct digit. Not as cool as a cell phone wrist watch, but comes in handy when you need a calculator, a appointment reminder or to look up a phone number. The Illuminator function is nice, as it lights up without pushing a button. It has many other functions also. Nicer in chrome. Plastic band is hot and uncomfortable, but works until it breaks. The seconds are insanely off
The watch works very well, very good design. However, I got the watch, set it, and was really happy with it. 3 hours later and it's off by a 1.5 seconds. Off by .5 seconds per hour, 1 minute per 5 days, or 6 minutes every month. If it was off by 1 second every day I would be fine, but 1 second every 2 hours is too much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

last Casio telememo calc in 2020 catalog
I've worn a Casio telememo then calculator-databank since the it was invented, early 1980s, non stop. I bought this as distant travel banger watch as my current databanks are now collectors items and impossible to replace. Pro This model has been in the catalog since 2004, proven design and durability Expected Casio build quality despite changing country of make, over the decades Casio engineering ergonomics, if you've used one before, it has a design feel for all what buttons do and screen layout bigger LCD and characters, easier to see for old eyes despite being just LCD side lighting lights up entire LCD despite coming only from the lower left of screen easy to program without reading manual, but better read manual to know all capabilities keyboard is best design yet, keys are angular and raised making a sharp peak, easier to press than prior designs 'hacker' free, old tech, no internet or connection to outside world! 10 year battery life, we hope the for 'Ex' function makes currency conversion convenient or use for quick tip calculation auto backlit on function weekday auto set once correct time, and date accurate to under 0.5 sec/day, tested 1 week side keys are bigger and easier to operate than old designs Cons only 25 pages, compared to the 300 limit in old models memory clears when battery is changed only 5 alarms that can't be labeled, I had 30+ on my other, you can make as many as memory allows backlight is one sided, old design ELD lights up the LCD evenly, and very brightly no countdown timer alphanumerics are scrolled through, on the old design there were 3 letters per key, takes longer to input no search function for memos the beep function for time is not as clearly different than older designs [ used for confirming the time screen is on only by sound] auto backlight is too sensitive for most functions, best only for driving in the evenings if you don't have a dash clock Note, letter and memo will faster scroll if held down for 2 sec, so you don't have to press one key at a timeVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value with many useful functions.
Good watch with many useful functions with good quality for the price and when all settings are correctly set all functions work as they should. Instructions are generally OK but in some cases can be a bit unclear and rather complicated as to exactly what steps to follow and in what order to obtain the proper setting while trying to see all of the tiny numbers, symbols, etc. on the face of the watch. Some of the characters are much too small for easy identification such as the AM and PM (very small A and P) indications which must be set correctly or the date shown will be a day ahead or behind so it is a must to very carefully read the instructions and follow them exactly, otherwise everything else is pretty user friendly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Replacement for the DB150.
The only available replacement for the DB150 works fine. It lacks an alphabetic keypad, calendar, and timer. Casio recommends that you send in the watch for a battery replacement, and therefore omits instructions to replace the battery. It is easy to mistakenly depress the button to switch between 12- and 24-hour time display. But thank you, Casio, for making this version. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL!
This is a beautiful watch I have the original Casio calculator watch and decided to upgrade to this one because it it has a backlight or illuminator and the original does not I'm actually extremely happy that I made this purchase because the additional features on the swatch are awesome the look and feel of the Swatch it's very stylish it's very comfortable but feel the band through a lot thicker than the original so you can tell the last a lot longer are the buttons the keypad very slick smooth easy press the screen is a bit bigger the very clean easy to read time of day features dates whatever you have set up all the additional features like dual time the databank to store numbers I mean I only speak one language but the watch is capable of reading in 13 languages this is a must have watch if your Casio fan and you're just into a classic style watch I'm not a smart watch guy happy always comes through with the classy stylish classic this is a must have watched and I'm actually extremely happy with the purchase I did not know what to expect before it arrived but when it did man unboxing boxing this thing was awesome I already love this watch I'm going to love wearing Swatch I can tell this watch will last for years to come. Good replacement for DBC-150
After more 18 1/2 years I broke my Databank 150. I didn’t think this DBC-32 would live up to my old watch but I’m very pleased with it. The time numerals day-of-week are easier to read. The light is by amber LED instead green luminescense but it works well. Letters and numbers are easy to input by scrolling thru the character set. Accuracy is great: 5 seconds off after a week. Probably not going to get 18 1/2 years out of it like the last DBC-150 but it’s less than 1/2 the price and the battery is supposed to last 10 years.
