Bought this to entertain grandchildren ages 3 to 13. So far only played it with 3 year old but she loved it. If you set throwing lines for different ages all can compete on an equal basis. Can be used inside or out as the bean bags are relatively small and soft. Only niggle is the legs are not too secure as they have a tendancy to fall out of the plain holes bored in the wood. We overcame this by gluing the plastic plug on the bottom of the leg into the hole and then removing the rest of the leg from the plug when putting it away.
