Easy to replace, shop around for best price.
Very straightforward replacement, even though I have little plumbing nous. I did have the original booklet so was able to read how to install, this helped with the push fit connecter. out of interest I dismantled the old unit to see why it failed. We are in a hard water area so I expected lime buildup after 7 years. There was surprisingly little, the electric switches and solenoid functioned correctly. The only fault found was the water pressure switch, which was leaky. Perhaps a better quality rubber washer would improve lifetime.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does the job for about a year or two
Had two of these break. When they work they're fine but the motors give out and one day it'll suddenly start spraying scolding steam at you then a trickle of cold followed by more steam.
