Working great!
It's impossible to know about the longevity of the battery but it is as described and arrived with a charge of 50% to 60%. I've used for a few weeks now and it's working great. I was a little apprehensive about changing it out since it really wasn't designed for a DIYer but it really wasn't that hard and took me about an hour while taking my time. I modified some of the instructions I found online about removing the glued in battery by using a heavy gauge fishing line (50# I believe) instead of nylon cord. I believe the fishing line helped cut thru the glue better than nylon cord would. I also wrapped the ends around some short pieces of PVC pipe that I used as handles to prevent the line from cutting into my skin. I used 91% Isopropyl Alcohol to release the glue and tilted the computer toward the bottom to make sure that the alcohol would not get on any of the electronic components. Best OEM
Purchased a used Macbook Pro 15” Retina, Mid 2012. 2.3I7, 16GB Ram, dual graphics. As used from eBay, the battery was terrible. It had 530 Cycles so i decided to lay some cash on this. Perfect fit, 100% charge capacity vs new factory battery
Perfect fit, great battery life, slightly 100% charge capacity compared to new factory battery (according to coconut battery app). Took a few recharges to reach full charge potential but has been working great for a few months now without issues. On battery cycle 30 right now.
