Perfect replacement for my K5.540!
Exact Karcher replacement part. Instructions were minimal, but as it was almost part-for-part the same, it was easy to figure out. Had to remove parts from the damaged internals of the old part to fit into the new one, but that was easily done too. Wouldn't recommend the replacement to someone without some mechanical knowledge, but if you can work on a car, you could do this without too much stress.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is an part that is always failing due to splitting, but at least it was a resonable price. I have to say Yes to 'Is it good quality" as there is no option to be neutral and you have to say yes to "Would you recommend it" as you don't have a choice of companies that make it. Otherwise I would have given a neutral review! When you buy a Karcher, just be ready to replace the control head as it is going to fail sometime in the future!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Did the job!
Fixed leak coming from body of K 3.80md. Relatively easy to remove body and then this part in prep for replacement (just need correct hex driver bits). Watch a few YouTube videos first though. I foolishly missed swapping a small o-ring from inside the top spout of the old part. So leak was much worse. Started again and all good. I now await the next part to break. Karchers are a bit like Trigger's broom. You will have the same one for years but you will have replaced every part at least twice............Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worked like a dream

Replacement part, but poor design.
