Fully effective product if instructions are adhered to
The product instructions are comprehensive and if followed exactly will give excellent results. I used this on a thirty year solid but internally rusted motorcycle petrol tank. I found the pre treatment cleaning time consuming but worthwhile, I did this in two stages- first with a handful of gravel and secondly with 40 10mm nuts which gave effective reduction of rust deposits and accumalated debris in the tank. At the final, lining stage of the treatment I was suprised how well the por15 coated the tank and by how much surplus I drained off- it is important to do this to prevent puddling in the tank. The internal lining finish I achieved shows no signs of rust and is a light grey finish I waited five days before using petrol in the tank and subsequent checks have shown no taint to the fuel.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Easy and efective
Very easy three steps job. Powerful cleaner removes all the grease and fuel debris. Then a very efective dust remover. In a 22 litre tank, took me about 3 hours to see the metal inside shining again. Finally a clever and easy way to "paint" all the inside with a thick layer of sealer. Just dump in and goes rolling the tank. Great looking end result.
Used this twice. Will be using for another 2 tanks that need the treatment. Amazing the heat generated. You must read the instructions carefully and prepare as once started with the final liner its fast and you can't stop. Think about balance pipes and vents in the tank so you do not block! Ideally do outside on a dull day as the fumes indoors are overpowering. Very pleasing finish and ethanol resistant. Yamaha r6 2008 rusted tank
Amazing product prob the best I've ever used. Yamaha r6 2008 tank was rusted it was going nature on it. Decided to use this product for first time. Never used this kind of products but omg. Make sure you do follow instructions and wear gloves MUST wear gloves. See pictures of tank on day one of 4 of drying process
