It hold pills as it's made for ..however considerably smaller than thought was going to be handy though if you have a small place to tuck it away into ie small drawer or cupboard .. unfortunately the individual day sections easily fall out . Looks bigger in the picture than it really is Handy if going to be left lying flat and not standing up If you have large tablets this would not take many in each section . A strong construction the closing flaps are a very positive close...best suited for only small tablets I think my self .. Have taken a picture of it against a regular mug and fork so you get an idea of the small scale of the pill box

Does the job perfectly for me. Only use 3 of the 4 daily compartments but the 4th one will come in handy when taking pills on a holiday lasting longer than 7 days. Secure lid fastening so pills are secure during transit. Holder is not the most effective and a case would have been better but hey, it's a pill organiser and does "exactly what it says on the tin".

For me the evening pills should start at the opisate end, so you take your mornings then turn it round , then you always have your next pills in front of you starting from the left, because we read from right to left, opening the pod is great ! But tipping them feels unsafe, as you tend to feel that some of them may fall from thier pod, because your lifting them all in one go, it has good and need to work on points
