Was expecting 'drops' like olive oil drops consistency. When tried to use first time, thought there was nothing in the bottle as nothing was coming out. Eventually realised that it is very thick gel consistency, which you really have to squeeze to get out, which is awkward whilst holding your head to one side and trying to get it into your ear.
