Although the product is designed extremely well I found it didn't do what.i expected It didn't fit enough to get to the wax so wasnt of any use, this item was recommended by a Nurse Practitioner and unfortunately I found it was of no use to me personally. Having said that I would never put anyone off purchasing this item

Have used a similar oroduct before when they first came onto the market, these are similat and do the job just as well, but the spiral mheads are not quite the same and do not fit the opiginal product, but the tool and heads are just as good, so reccommend. Good price, quick delivery. All good.

Would cause problems with skin. How many times can you spin something before you damage the skin on the outside of the ear channel. Gets very little ear wax out.
