Dr Syn / The Scarecrow
This George Arliss film was made in 1936/7, and I was surprised it was still around. When I ordered it, delivery was expected 5/6 weeks, it arrived in 3. Everything about it wad superb, the sleeve in perfect condition. I am very pleased with it. An added bonus was that, as Dr Syn was the vicar of My local church, I know the history of the area and of Syn himself. The church is where family weddings , christenings and funerals take place. Of course, if you go round the local church burial grounds you see the names of some of the characters in the film/book and some of the houses mentioned, but you will never find the final resting place of Christopher Syn.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
