I wanted a faster refresh rate and most important a better clear picture as Ive noticed my eye sight has got worse,this was quite an upgrade from my previous Samsung which was good but not as good as this, Im sure the G7 are amazing but didnt want to spend £500 on a screen as I dont use it that much. So far pretty impressed with the with the quality my only gripe is the trying to make fonts stand out alittle better? I use Directory Opus and downloaded a darker layout for it which has helped loads. Im still trying to work out how to change Windows and specially Outlook screen image. The Quad HD panel looks and plays amazing with my Series X! It’s ultra fast rapid 1ms IPS panel makes things so much faster and at 120hz on my Xbox, it’s so much smoother in games. Very happy to get this on a deal price. Another great thing with this monitor is you can play in 1080p 120hz, 1440p 120hz or 4k but at 60hz. The only negative I have is that the stand doesn’t have much movement in it and only tilts back or forwards but other than that, this plays like a absolute dream with my Series X.

Top notch gaming monitor. Image clarity is very good and refreshment speed too fast to even notice image transition. G-Sync for my Nvidia graphic card works smoothly [though have not compared it to a Free Sync monitor]. Receives both thumbs up from my gaming son - so 5 stars from me.
