I bought this book after listening to Nicolas Pearson in an online webinar. He spoke about his book in an insightful and passionate manner and I felt that his knowledge on Reiki was superb. I have not been disappointed in my purchase. I have been attuned to level 1 reiki and found that I had many questions unanswered from my teacher, but this book has been the piece of missing puzzle that has helped me understand so much. The book gives you a very detailed history to Reiki. To understand where Reiki has come from helps you understand the practice and, I personally, found this incredibly useful. There are descriptions of lots of practices that you can do at home to help you in your own journey with Reiki.
