More stylish, brighter and more effective than manufacturer's light fitting.
These side indicator lights were a perfect fit on my Peugeot 3008. The crossover of standard parts between Peugeot and Citroen usually makes it easy to find generic replacements used across all models so if your car is listed it is guaranteed to fit. These repeater lights fitted easily under the door mirrors, removing the old ones is an easy job just requiring a smallish screwdriver and the confidence to use enough force to release the spring clips. The wiring unclipped very easily from the originals and went straight in to the socket on the new lights. A simple push back into place after testing that they worked and the whole job was done in under 10 minutes. There were no issues with compatibility, no effect on the other indicator bulbs or dashboard warnings of bulb failure. As for the lights they are black when off and match in with the surrounding trim rather than the somewhat odd mix of silver and clear plastic with visible orange bulb of the original manufacturers light. In use the amber light spreads quickly along the fitting and is much brighter and more visible than the light from the factory unit. This is especially the case in bright daylight. All in all the lights look stylish and more in keeping with the car when off and are much more effective when in use. A thousand or so miles after fitting the lights are still securely in place and working properly. Changing the whole light fitting to these alternatives is actually much easier and more effective than changing a blown bulb in the original fitting!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
