A skeptic wins a radio contest offering $50,000 to the person who will spend the entire night in a purportedly haunted theater that was once the scene of a grisly murder/suicide. Despite his insistence that nothing can go wrong, his perceptive wife experiences a series of terrifying premonitions about his stay in the theater. Later, as darkness falls and the doors are locked behind him, the man who once believed in nothing discovers he has everything to fear.
