In a beautiful, serene setting, Mary, with her upbeat, but gentle voice, guides you through, clearly and concisely, through this series work out, which focuses on full body, but mainly looks at the legs, being the larges collection of group muscles that we have. The music is quiet, calm and relaxed, and yet the workout, spans moderate to difficult, however you can adopt easily ways to do the exercises in a comfortable, beginners manner. After a few days of doing this, my legs look toned and leaner, and I can certainly feel 'the burn', after doing this workout dvd. I'm so impressed, and love her style so much, I have purchased a further two dvds from her website. Would highly recommend, for a chilled, yet results driven workout.
