He's been accused of committing war crimes during his time as a covert special ops Marine in El Salvador in the late 80s. However, Claire needs some assistance with some of the more obscure aspects of military law and procedure, and so calls upon the services of Charlie Grimes, a washed up, alcoholic former military attorney.
