Glad I invested in the hose guide.
The hose guide corrals the sprayer hose from tangling with the water shut-off valves. My old sprayer hose always got caught on the water valves, but with the Moen hose guide, the sprayer hose pulls smoothly every time I use it. There are installation instructions on the plastic guide if one would need them.

Hose Guide
The hose guide that Moen offers is ingenious. Before installing the hose guide/ sleeve my pull down kitchen faucet hose would usually get caught on the shut offs under the sink and either the faucet spout/hose wouldn't retract completely with the hose/nozzle hanging down. Highly recommend this guide/sleeve available through Moen
