Quality control issue.
Product itself is a good quality heater, but I had to return the first 2 due to dents in the casing. It was only when I got the third that I got one without a dent. In all cases the packaging was undamaged so there's a quality control issue somewhere. They must be getting put in the box damaged.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
