Great phone!
I love HTCs....this was a replacement and an upgrade for me. Super crisp photos and I love the speakers. Even gets a stronger WiFi reception than my 510 did. Really happy with this phone. HTC never lets me down. I've become brand loyal :)

Dents in several places
Did not affect performance. Phone works well, although the battery life could have been longer. It's also very big, cant type with one hand, not sure if this is what everybody wants. But will definitely recommend this seller.

Love this phone!
I splurged when this phone first came on the market and I am so happy I did. I got a large sd card and I have so much saved! And room for tons more! Which is good bc the camera is awesome and put to good use. I also must say it's very durable. I bought a case with it and once forgot it on the roof of my car. Realized as I pulled out and hit breaks, which was stupid, bc the phone went flying down my windshield and hood to land on the road and skid a few feet. No cracks, scratches or any damages of any kind! Also, the waterproof factor has saved me a few times! I had my first one for 13 months tho when it fell and suddenly the operating system got stuck in a reboot loop. Replaced it with a new one today and am so happy.

Not worth it.
The battery does not last long and if you buy it refurbished. Be very careful with doing any hard reset or factory reset as it will probably throw off any of its features such as the camera. Which is one of its best features. It was a shame that It did not work.

Somewhat disappointed
Just two weeks after purchase, the phone just blacked out on me at a time when I travelled and needed it the most. It switched off due to a drained battery and wouldnt switch back on. They call it boot looping, something like that. Anyway, I got help after I got back home and the problem was resolved. terrible experience.
